Holiday Shopping Returns and Exchanges
Want to begin holiday shopping early? We have extended our returns time period to insure you get something that fits. For purchases made between November 1, 2017 and January 1, 2018, return requests will be accepted until February 1, 2018. Follow the process outlined below.
Returns are free. We'll gladly accept returns on merchandise in its original new/unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Just submit a return request and we'll send you an email with the return shipping label.
Side note: we suggest shoes be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. As long as shoes and tabs are sent back in their original condition and packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price of the unworn item(s) to your original payment method used. Upgraded or international shipping charges cannot be refunded. Clearance/final-sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

We want you to find the perfect fit, and to help speed up the process we actually don’t do exchanges in the typical sense of the word. It just takes too long to get the item you want (imagine all the shipping and processing time) and we run the risk of no longer having your item in stock during this wait.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, color or style, complete a return request by following the returns process above, and place a new order for the item that you would like to try next. This will ensure that your item is in stock and will ship as quickly as possible without waiting for a return/exchange to be processed.

We've introduced the first-ever, Growth Spurt Guarantee®. If your child has a growth spurt within 30 days from receipt of confirmed delivery of your shoes you'll get 50% off the full retail price of the same style and color in the next size up.
